Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for contributing to H+K international to success through consulting, identifying and delivering People services and solutions that will result in enhanced business capability, and performance/people engagement.

What you'll do
• Build and leverage relationships at all levels in the organization, informing and assisting others while being viewed as a valued, trusted, and credible business partner.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leaders
• Work with business leaders to effectively lead and execute all annual people initiatives for the organization
• Provide strategic guidance to clients to implement solutions
• Partner with business to provide guidance to management, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counseling 
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive and/or lead change

Requirements
• Strong leadership skills, with proven experience of influencing leaders and team members
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• People management skills
• Strong ability to build relationships, both internally and externally
• Strategic thought leadership and innovation 
• Excellent oral and written communication
• +4 Years of experience on this area
