Included in the commendations: The H+K team were commended for how they are such an integral part of the business, demonstrate the key attributes of a McDonald’s business partner, have co-ordinated and managed significant projects and deployments whilst always demonstrating added value to their initial brief. They are considered a “can-do” team, who are always looking for ways to innovate, and bring value into the McDonalds business, whilst supporting the system and its franchisees. Adie Leddy brings a wealth of experience from McDonalds operations as a business manager and then a valued coach from the McDonalds EOTF Design team, having a great understanding of the customer, he is H+K’s business lead for Convenience of the Future , building valuable relationships with all key stakeholders and leading his team by example. Since their establishment 3 years ago, the H+K Integrated Restaurant Solutions team have led McDonald UK’s service delivery across many disciplines. Deemed a true partner, they touch almost every aspect of the business, with over 160 years of McDonalds experience

This in turn translates into site execution while monitoring suppliers manufacturing schedules and influencing their inventory management. This extended role is particularly valuable in more mature markets with significant numbers of rebuilds and relocations.
