H+K were recently honored to be visited in our SLP Mexico facility by Her Excellency Maeve von Heynitz Ambassador of Ireland to Mexico. This visit was part of her working trip to the San Luis Potosi Government office.
The Ambassador was accompanied by Carlos Fraga — Political & Economic Policy Advisor, Embassy of Ireland, Jack Sahakian —International Relationships SLP government, Arturo Lopez —Economic Development SLP government and Monica Gomez —Industrial Relationships SLP government.
Her Excellency Maeve von Heynitz was briefed on H+K International, its global presence and extensive capabilities.
During her visit she undertook a plant tour where she witnessed H+K Internationals’ world class fabrication capabilities. She remarked on the use of cutting-edge technologies, manufacturing practices and the provision of employment for over 850+ employees.
The Ambassador was very impressed by our Irish company expressing her pride in such an important investment by Ireland in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
Overall this was a very positive visit that contributes to strengthening H+K Internationals’ relationship with the Embassy of Ireland in Mexico as well as raising our presence with the SLP Government.

This extended role is particularly valuable in more mature markets with significant numbers of rebuilds and relocations.
